Sam Lutfi agrees to stay away from Britney Spears for another month March 17, 2008
Former Britney Spears enabler Sam Lutfi has agreed to stay away from her "for the next 30 days," according to Lutfi's own spokesman, Michael Sands.
Sands added, "There is an agreement between Sam Lutfi and the conservatorship."
He said, "Both parties are happy and will continue to work together to further resolve any issues that may have come up in the past."
The move was actually made to delay a hearing that could have made the current restraining order permanent. Right now, Sam Lutfi must stay 250 yards from Britney and her home.
Meanwhile, Britney's dad, James Spears, retains control over her estate through July 31st of this year.
