Vivica Fox: I don't have a sex tap, but if I did... January 13, 2008
Vivica Fox has knocked down rumors that her next role is in a sex tape that was allegedly recorded on a cell phone while she was, um, servicing the guy that filmed it.
Speaking in third-person, Vivica said, "Vivica does not have a sex tape. If I did, I would be making my own money off of it."
No, she didn't mean it like that. Her following statement was, "As a 43-year-old woman, I would never allow a man to put me in that position. If you see me having a love scene, it's going to be choreographed in a movie, and be fabulous."

I wouldn't put anything past Vivica Fox. This is the "lady" who got on stage and danced like a video ho at an awards show.

I don't know. I haven't seen the tape, but she supposedly sent the tape to police. It would have been illegal for the person who took the video to release it if she didn't agree to it. So, maybe she and the police threatened the guy, so that's why she's saying that there's no tape-because she knows that he will never release it.
