Maison Martin Margiela for H&M, it’s official

The latest in H&M collaborations is hitting the store shelves in November, and this one’s pretty much guaranteed to come out with some highly covetable pieces. Belgian avant garde label Maison Martin Margiela just confirmed today that, yes, a collection for H&M is in fact going ahead. That sound you hear on the horizon? That’s the entire fashion community crying out in glee.

MMM has a reputation for creating some very interesting pieces, often with atypical silhouettes and a bit of visual humour to go along with it. You only have to see a few examples of their mainline collections to get a feeling for where this collaboration is probably going to be headed:
