Paris Fashion Week has just come to a close, and with that comes heaps and heaps of coverage deconstructing every detail, every micro-trend, and of course, every single model.
This year’s PFW has seen a lot of newer faces getting comfy on the runway, with up-and-comers like Abbey Lee Kershaw, Saskia de Brauw and Zuzanna Bijoch opening and closing their fair share of shows. The overall beast of the week, however, has to be Karlie Kloss.
19 year-old Kloss has seen her fair share of action on and off the runway, landing campaigns with Christian Dior, Oscar de la Renta and Yves Saint Laurent Cosmetics in her short time on this earth, but this year’s fashion weeks have seen her rise to super-stardom.
At PFW alone, Karlie opened for Jean Paul Gaultier and John Galliano, and closed for Gareth Pugh, Roland Mouret, Christian Dior, Lanvin and Elie Saab! When does this girl sleep?? For a full rundown of PFW openers and closers, check out New York Magazine’s Paris Fashion Week slideshow.
