Think your parents are embarrassing? Spare a thought for tennis pro Andy Murray, even world-wide fame can’t make up for the fact that his mum is flirting with his tennis rival, Feliciano Lopez .
Andy’s mum, Judy, has been using Twitter to express her feelings for Lopez. Which means everyone can see (and laugh) at Judy’s comments. The tennis coach has posted several comments on Twitter admiring Lopez’s good looks and muscles, and has nicknamed Lopez as “Deliciano”, much to Andy Murray’s embarrassment.
The mother of the number four ranked men’s tennis player was happy to compliment Lopez on his looks via twitter but appeared to be slightly embarrassed when she met him in reality. Andy revealed that when he asked Lopez to be in a picture with his mother, Judy went bright red and refused to take part in the joke.
Judy recently tweeted: “Wow. U can get odds of 20-1 that I’m going to wolf whistle at Deliciano during the quarter final tmrw. Whaaaaat? 
”.
To add to Murray’s stress he also received surprise guests from the royal family on Monday. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge showed up to watch him play Richard Gasquet. Murray remembered his manners and bowed to the Royal couple after his win. Afterwards on Twitter, he revealed that he would have shaved if he’d known the Royals would be there.
The fashion critics praised Kate Middleton on her appropriately white dress. Kate wore an Alice Temperley dress which had been reduced from £795 to £395 in the summer sale.
Andy Murray will play Spain’s Feliciano Lopez today in the Wimbledon men’s quarter finals. Let’s hope Andy can ignore his humiliating mother and concentrate on his match!
